Step 1

Take a good look around my website, there is a lot of information contained here. Get to understand my philosophy of doing business and make sure that you are happy with what I do here and with what I offer you. Ensure you understand all the benefits to you and your business.

Step 2

I have packaged all my solutions: Go to our shop and find the exact package that meets your requirements, you can also include any of our recommended add-ons. Contact me if any questions but please also check out our FAQ's page.

Step 3

Add your package and add-ons to your shopping cart, then make sure that you check your entire shopping cart content thoroughly.

Step 4

Check-out and pay either online via our verified Paypal Business Account (NB You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account yourself to checkout, you can continue to check out normally by selecting this option and pay via credit or debit card, Paypal will do the processing in the background). You can also choose to pay by cheque or money order during checkout.

Step 5

I will receive your order details via email. I will then contact you to discuss / finalise the design aspect of your chosen website solution (preferred colour schemes, idea of logo (and whether you require a Flash or Static header, graphics) etc. At this stage we will also send you the Carver Order Form and mandate for the Service Pack, which you should fill-in and return to me as soon as possible.

Step 6

I will start to process your order and register a suitable domain name for you. We will also require the text and digital photographs (if applicable) required for your site at some stage including all product details, descriptions and prices for ecommerce sites (within 2 weeks from order date).


NB For ecommerce sites, you will also have to set up a Paypal Business or Premier Account if you do not already have one. Once this is done, let me know as there is a specific piece of information that I require from you to integrate your shopping cart with Paypal. I will contact you about this if you forget. I also have a "hidden" page on my site for clients that tell you the exact process when setting up your Paypal Business or Premier account with Carver and I will email you the link to this page. Please also note that it must be a Paypal Business or Premier account as Carver does not integrate with a Paypal Personal Account.

Step 7

Your site will be designed and built and you will be given the opportunity to review and approve the design element (this won't be the finished site, just the design graphics). Any changes that you require to the design element can be done at this stage also.

Step 8

Your site will be completed, integrated with Paypal (if applicable), and published to the Internet.

Step 9

I will contact you to arrange training on the CMS aspect of the site (if required) but remember you DO NOT have to do any edits to your site if you don't want to. Let us know what edits you require and I will do them for you.
